At PAINAIK, your satisfaction with our Ayurvedic creations is paramount. PAINAIK offers returns and refunds under specific conditions to ensure a fair and premium experience for all our clients.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following strict conditions to maintain the integrity of our products:

  • Unused Condition: The bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original premium condition without signs of tampering.
  • Product Not Required: If you no longer require the product, you may return it provided the seal remains intact.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your order is damaged during delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Eligible Cases

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially used bottles.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after successful delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction after use, as Ayurvedic results may vary by individual.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by the PAINAIK team, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your provider.

Important Notes

  • Standard shipping charges (₹50) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged on arrival.
  • For damage claims, clear images or videos of the packaging and product are required for verification.
  • PAINAIK reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on inspection results.
